First, you'll start with THREE 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING ON-RAMP sessions where you'll learn the movements and be taken through the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast.

You'll build confidence and expand your knowledge base before going in to the group classes. The goal is avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your first 28 days. 


After you complete your on-ramp you'll complete 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK FROM ANY OF OUR 6 OF OUR CORE PROGRAMS which include IGNITE (our beginner HIIT program), CrossFit, Spark30, Surge Endurance, Weightlifting and More!


We will sit down with you and make you YOUR OWN CUSTOM MEAL PLAN. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.

On day one we will do a COMPLETE BODY COMPOSITION SCAN. From this info we can establish body-fat percentage and other critical data we will use to guide your transformation. You'll get a complete print-out and a cloud-based profile where we can compare before and after results! 


Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also have ACCESS TO 24/7 OUR SECRET MEMBERS COACHING GROUP whenever you need access to a coach or our community for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement.


We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. Average person spends ~$45/week on groceries at Walmart or Trader Joe's.
